2022-07-29 17:19需明确两个定义：ADR和ADE。ADR即药品不良反应；ADE为药品不良事件，世界卫生组织将不良事件也定义为不良感受, 是指药物治疗过程中所发生的任何不幸的医疗卫生事件, 而这种事件不一定与药物治疗有因果报应关系。
ADE包含了ADR，二者最大区别在于ADE不一定与药物治疗有因果关系。所以“齐二药”事件是一个ADE事件，及药品不良事件。

Objective: To understand the 2011-2013 in the inpatients (ADR) analysis of the causes, incidence, improve the quality of ADR monitoring work and promote the rational use of drugs. Method: 153 ADR cases collected in Department of 2011-2013 were analyzed retrospectively from the patient's age, gender, ADR relates to drug situation, involving organs and systems and their clinical manifestations, route of administration, ADR type situation etc. respectively. Results: 153 cases of ADR reported in elderly patients over 60 years old, are more susceptible to ADR (37.25%); the occurrence of ADR route of administration and intravenous administration of 90.19%; involved in drugs, anti infective drugs ranked first, accounting for 41.83%; the clinical manifestations of ADR, skin and its appendages damage is most common (39.05%); the more kinds of combination drug, adverse reaction rate is high. Conclusion: the clinical should strengthen the drug monitoring, to further strengthen the monitoring of ADR and the propaganda work, improve the responsibility consciousness of medical staff, reduce ADR repeats occur, to ensure the clinical medication safety.
